Hallie joined Boston Harbor Wealth Advisors in 2015 as a founding member of the firm’s senior management team and has played an integral role in supporting the firm’s growth and long-term success. In her current role as Director, Client Services, she helps execute on the firm’s commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting strategic business initiatives, operational efficiencies, and organizational development. She is widely recognized for her attention to detail, collaborative leadership style, and the genuine care she brings to every client and colleague interaction. Hallie takes pride in building strong relationships and ensuring clients feel heard, supported, valued, and confident in the service they receive.

With more than two decades of industry experience, Hallie brings a well-rounded understanding of financial services operations, client service, and business management. Her depth of knowledge, problem-solving mindset, and ability to navigate complex operational challenges make her a trusted resource across the organization. She works closely with clients and team members alike to help maintain the high standards of service, professionalism, and client care that define the firm.

Prior to joining Boston Harbor Wealth Advisors, Hallie spent 18 years with Ameriprise Financial Services, where she held a variety of leadership and operational positions throughout her career. She served her final five years as a Senior Field Operations Leader for the firm’s Boston complex. In that role, she oversaw operational efficiencies for five offices and partnered closely with senior leadership to execute companywide initiatives, implement process improvements, and support business growth and advisor success. Her experience managing large-scale operational functions and leading organizational initiatives provided a strong foundation for the role she holds today.

Hallie earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Newbury College and remains committed to fostering a culture centered on professionalism, integrity, collaboration, and exceptional client care.
